Just half way through what has so far been a very satisfying and competitive outdoor season.
It's never too late to come and join in with a winning team. Your involvement would be greatly appreciated - men or women, as the PG leagues are now predominantly mixed leagues and WHBC needs your support in order to secure it's future within the grounds of Whitchurch Hospital, as part of the new COMMUNITY soon to be established there once the successful bidder/developer has been identified.

Happy 99th Anniversary Whitchurch Hospital Bowls Club.
The WHBC bowling green was officially opened on this day, 14th May in 1927 by the then Lord Mayor of Cardiff Alderman William Grey. The club is still going strong and is keen to attract more players of all genders to the wonderful game of bowls.

A great night coming up at the Earl Haig with top band ACAB - Dance until you drop! Spread the word and please come along.

Whitchurch Hospital Bowls Club is having a fundraising evening at the Earl Haig Club on Saturday 21st March 2026 where ACAB will be performing live. Doors open at 7.00pm. Tickets are £10 each available from myself, Les Hallett (07895007059), also from the Earl Haig club. So please get in touch and let me know your requirements asap. The evening is a vital fundraiser for the club to ensure its continued existence so please come along and lend your support. It's going to be another great evening. 🍻🍻🎸🎸🎉🎉👍
