𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 – 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙨𝙝 2026
The Open Welsh 26 took place last weekend in Cardiff at the Cardiff City House of Sport.
39 Clubs from England, Scotland, Czechia, Poland, and Wales participated with 1068 entries from 398 Competitors.

Our sincere thanks and gratitude go out to all Umpires who volunteered and worked so hard throughout day getting us over the line. You are a credit to your clubs and associations. We can’t thank you enough.

Thankyou to all the parents & volunteers from NE-Sport and other clubs for helping on the set up and the take down. It is very much appreciated

And thank you also to all Instructors and their clubs for supporting and continuing to support the Open Welsh.

Please can all head coaches ensure that on arrival at the venue, come and collect their competitors wristbands from the top table, as these are required for each competitor.

NB: These will not be given to individual competitors, only the head coach to distribute accordingly.
