Red Light, Green Light is always a hit with our minis 🟢🔴

Watching 4–7 year olds play this with a football is genuinely one of the best things. Every child moving, laughing, concentrating — picking up ball control, quick stops, and reaction skills without even realising they're doing it.

No standing in lines. No waiting their turn. And absolutely some chaos when someone very definitely ran on red 😂

The best early years coaching often looks a lot like a playground game. That's exactly how it should be.

Minis sessions run every Monday evening at CAVC, Cardiff — open to girls aged 4–7, all abilities welcome. First session is always free. Drop us a message if you'd like to bring yours along 💚

Great session on Monday at our Her Game Too Training Centre ⚽️

We run weekly football sessions in Cardiff for:
• Girls aged 4–7 (minis)
• Juniors & teenagers
• Adult beginners and intermediates

It’s a really welcoming environment — lots of our players (and parents!) start with little or no experience and build confidence week by week.

We still have spaces available for this Monday evening at CAVC 3G.

First session is completely free, so you can come along and see if it’s right for you 👍

We have football training tonight (Mondays) for girls and women of all ages and abilities!

With a facility completely to ourselves, we have sessions for

⚽️ girls ages 4-6
⚽️ girls ages 7-11
✨teenagers - beginner
✨teenage - intermediate
⚽️ adult beginners
⚽️ adult intermediate
🧤 goalkeepers! Aged 10-14
🧤adult goalkeepers

We train on top quality artificial grass just off Dumballs Road - easily accessible via Cardiff Bay or Cardiff City Centre, with toilets and parking on site

If you’re looking to top up your football after cancelled matches, or wanting to try for the first time, we have a session suited to you!
