Hello all, just a quick one here.
As you can imagine there have been a lot of orders over the past month coming so close to Christmas etc and as everyone is aware as well as us.
At this busy time of festive/christmas periods on demand there are a high volume on orders for the courier services to get through.
However... Don't panic!
If we have sent you your tracking number/label to you for your order. The tracking number is working.
We have had a few people lately saying that their tracking number is incorrect and not working and that also their delivery status saying
" we are expecting your order "

As the volume of deliveries are very high sometimes the system can crash and the delivery status will take some time to update but once again we ask you not to panic.
Your orders are still on the way to you, we ask you to ignore what the tracking status says, we kindly ask you to wait patiently for the arrival of you goods π€π»
