Pre-season is officially underway! We’re still buzzing after an unreal weekend at Chepstow 10s, but it's time to turn it up.

We take on Caerau RFC this Saturday at home. Our last meeting finished 50-40 to the visitors, so it should be an exciting fixture!

Do something stupid and the team will make sure you don’t forget it. Own the title, wear the costume and take your punishment.

We’ve got a massive month ahead with three pre-season fixtures lined up for August.

We Kick things off this weekend as we head down to the Chepstow 10s festival. Let’s get there and support the lads, it was a great weekend last year!
