You’ll find us at the front of the gym, and out and about around the retail park, clocking up every kilometre to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. ❤️

area highlight:
our lifting platforms. great area to build raw strength and power. normally used for deadlifts, but you can also use this area to focus on Olympic type lifts such as clean and jerks / snatches.

Kettlebell Fun Friday ⭐

A nice quick kettlebell complex with only 2 moves
start at 10 swings, going in to 10 goblet squats.
then 10 swings into 9 squats, 10 swings 8 squats etc.

Keep going until you finish at 1 squat. 🔥
