I remember hiding behind my dad's legs and him saying, go on talk.

I didn't.

Then proceeded to say, oh she's so shy.

That's probably the pivotal moment that I started to believe that about myself.

It held me back in business and life for such a long time.

Then the incredible Andrea Callanan once said to me "Who will hear your talents if you're just whispering"...

So powerful.

So here I am since 2019 not being 'shy' anymore!

This week has been a full She Thrives Collective Community for Female Founders week and it has been brilliantly busy!

Started off by bringing a masterclass to the business bootcamp all about customer validation.

Co working in our on line membership, actually doing the work we say we're going to do!

Then headed to with the fabulous Tash Sanganoo for a live show, taking all about business, growth, community and music!!

Next up was hosting our Cardiff She Thrives Collective networking with the beautiful Kirsty Smith talking all things hormones!

After few potential business opportunity calls, we ended the week with the final of WE Innovate National Swansea and seeing all of the Female founders on stage and taking their well deserved prizes was full circle!

All with the absolute beautiful human l by my side.

We're proud of what we've created, what we're doing for community, female founders and more!!!

Truthfully now?

If you haven't achieved everything, are you ok with that?

Have you set realistic goals in the first place?

I worked with a bloody brilliant business women recently. On paper she was and is amazing.

What was missing?

Purpose, joy and actual real life direction! Not what the rule books say.

Mapped out the reality of her life and business, made some tweaks, alignment back and back on track.

It doesn't have to be big, if just needs to be seen.

That's me. That's where I come in!

After my health suffered, I redefined what success meant to me, realising it wasn’t about external markers, but about inner wellbeing.

Today, as a coach and master certified hypnotherapist, I help other ambitious founders avoid the same fate, challenging the dangerous myth of ‘just pushing through’.

My approach is direct and rooted in lived experience, starting not just with time management, but with an energy audit.

Who are you?

Yesterday I gave a presentation on helping business owners thrive without the burnout.

I've been a member of the fabulous now for about 5 years, such a lush group of women! Great to see so many faces!

I always start my talks with a bit about me, not the business side. Why? because before everything I'm Helen.

It also builds trust!

Do you feel comfortable in talking about you?

Was funny because people were more interested in my hypnotherapy rather than my other side of my business! food for thought!

Take a big step back and REALLY ask yourself this question.

I've been personally reflecting on this recently and it's got me to think about a few things that need to change.

It's been a theme over in this month.

A real chance to step back and look at what is missing or not.

Look at what %'age of your business is bringing you fun and enjoyment.

What needs to shift?

I see you.
Running around.
Wasting energy on things that aren't what lights you up.
Doing things that feel efficient but in reality, make you drained.
You're at that point that you literally don't know where to go next.
You've tried it all.
You've realised something needs to shift.
You don't know what.

As a projector in Human Design, I see what you can't. It's my superpower if you like.
