RikaRiddim is a 45 minute dance fitness class, this is such a fun way to get your body moving without having the feeling of “working out” but will definitely feel and see the benefits. You will have the chance to learn some amazing routines to music by Sean Paul, Serani, Vybz Kartel and many more! 🔥
