Gemini Health and Fitness Wales I am a Level 3 Fitness Instructor that covers Cardiff and surrounding areas.

I am a REPs Level 3 qualified fitness instructor that runs Body Blitz circuit classes and one-to-one training in Cardiff. I have a Degree and a Masters in Sports Science from the prestigious Loughborough University and I competed in athletics at Junior International level which has given me vast knowledge of fitness and training. I will help you reach your health and fitness goals through my class

es or one-to-one sessions which could be in your home, workplace or nearby park/outdoors. My training sessions will be challenging, varied, fun and will motivate you to keep up the good work between our sessions. I offer a bespoke service for each client and understand the challenges that are involved in adopting positive health behaviours. As a Mum of two small children I empathise with clients who find it difficult to eat healthily and exercise regularly when life is busy. I will support clients of any fitness levels to reach their goals and be their best. I can provide expert guidance on losing weight, improving your core, running technique/race plans and chair-based exercises for the less mobile. I take a holistic approach to achieving results and will provide help and advice on topics such as diet and nutrition and quitting smoking.

Body Blitz circuits is back from 7.30pm on the 15th September 2016 in it's new home of Wesley Hall, Whitchurch Methodist Church, Kelston Road, Whitchurch (Entrance is opposite Village Barbers).
