Here are 4 reasons why you should start practicing MMA:
1. It’s a great way to make new friends and socialize, both at trainings and at the many fun socials we have planned!!
2. Gives you real-life self-defence skills while empowering you with the confidence to take up challenges in life
3. Enhances your overall strength as well as your cardiovascular strength and improves overall fitness
4. Along with doing any exercise, MMA is also a great at relieving stress and keeping a positive mindset!!!!

Hi! I'm Charles, I'm currently a 4th year Mphys student. I'll be your treasurer as well as one of the striking coaches for the new members. I've been participating in contact sports for the vast majority of my life, but with a special place in my heart for Muay Thai (especially over the last six years). I know that not only myself, but the whole committee are looking forward to welcoming new as well as returning members for a year of fitness, fighting, and fun!
