Rugby season has come to an end🏉

Tested in every way this season, physically and mentally with some tough losses and some big wins along the way.

It always comes back to the same things, putting the work in, staying consistent and keeping your standards high. But it’s the people around you that make it all worth it.

I’ve taken a lot from this season when it comes to leadership, accountability and just showing up no matter what, and it’s the same mindset I bring into my training every day.

I’ve never been a fan of long-distance running (5k is the most I do) but yesterday I ran 13k. Surprised myself by actually enjoying it, even if my legs are reminding me today.

It’s a reminder that mindset often matters more than you think and you don’t know what you’re capable of until you try!

Thinking about signing up for a half marathon… should I go for it?
