Well done Ladies great effort yesterday at the Beep Test .All who re-took the test improved on last time. We have a new champion Hannah congrats! We are looking forward to a head to head with the previous champ Lisa M! at the next test in September.

By popular request we will run another beep test at the start of the class at westlands today (weather permitting) I If you dont want to do the test we will keep you suitably occupied!!!! it shouldn't take more that 20 mins unless, Mo Farah is coming, The rest of the Class will be in the Hall . we will give each of you your scores from last time so you have a target!
