***WE ARE ALWAYS WELCOMING NEW PLAYERS***
No matter whether you have played polo before, or even sat on a horse before - we are always taking on new people as the year progresses. Even if you missed the taster, message one of our committee members to see if you can come along to a beginner session -which we run all year long. Welcome to the University of Kent Polo Club - aiming to provide fun, ac
cessible, and affordable polo for anyone studying at the university. The club trains at WestCroft Polo Club (approximately an hour and 40 mins away) where training can be provided for all levels, every Thursday and some Sundays, from those who have never sat on a horse to experienced players. The highlights of the university polo season are the two SUPA (schools and universities polo association) tournaments. These are the arena polo championships in February and the national outdoor championships in June. At these two events over 45 universities play against each other at all levels and then have a massive party. You don't need a polo pony to play; you don't even need to have ever sat on a horse. All you need is to be enthusiastic and up for some fun. The club we use for training is WestCroft Polo Club:
