One of my favourite things is to visit nice hotels I have on my list of go to places.
I rarely take a day off work but I do know the importance for having a break from life, work and the beauty of a change of scenery to switch off and recharge.
I've wanted to stay at The Pig (Bridge Place) for a while and it certainly didn't disappoint. The room was amazing and all the food was truly delicious.
Life goes fast and so it was nice to switch off, be present and enjoy my first break of 2022.

Training is a big part of my life, it gives me good habits, it makes me feel good and it has a positive effect on how I look.
Working out allows me to eat what I want.. Whether its champagne and doughnuts on a Friday, the takeaway I will have on a Saturday night or the cocktails I will have in London later.
Find the balance that works for you, train regularly for yourself and also enjoy the finer things in life. 💪🍩🥂

Our goal should always be to become the best version of ourselves.
Our lives are never ending journies and no one is the complete article.
We should train regularly, read, journal, set goals and achieve them no matter how small or big they are.
Self development comes in many ways but we have to put the work in to continously improve and ultimately become the very best version of ourselves. It's never easy, nothing worth having is.

Loughton Movement Clinic has always been my second home. It's the place I still to this day get excited about going.
Training for myself has been up and down in previous years but in 2021 I have fallen back into love with training and its because of this place.
For me it's the perfect set up, it's a playground to explore movement and hard work. I don't get bored of it and the greatest thing about it is I get to share it with all the great clients we have through our doors who love the privacy, the professionalism and the atmosphere that we have created.
Finding the right training space is very hard but when you do find it, it certainly is a game changer.

Its been a long time coming, a struggle for many months but the most important thing is... We survived.
Its time to graft, put those hours in and bring back the good days.
But I'm ready and I know we have something special at so we will smash it over the next few months!

Its always been my goal to have my own training space, (this is my second) where you can make sure the quality and standards are set high that it sets you apart from others.
To walk into work everyday with a smile on your face knowing you are creating a difference in many peoples lives, offering a 5star service in an industry that there are so many cowboys.
is is an environment that is welcoming, no judgemental and has true professionals to help with your health and fitness goals.
