Canterbury Cricket Club, formally Beverley Cricket Club is one of the oldest cricket clubs in the country. The Club runs five teams playing in the Kent League, Kent Feeder League East and East Kent League whilst the Sunday 2nd XI remains the safe haven for those that wish to escape the demands of league cricket. There is also a thriving junior section with ClubMark accreditation with cricket coach

ing and match play for all age groups. Indoor nets are held at Kent College on Sunday evenings from 7-8.30pm.

Congrats to our Ladies softball side today. Who this afternoon won their very first competitive game in the league, in a nail biting run chase against Whitstable a cracking game played in the very best of spirit.

All at the club are saddened to hear of this news regarding Mike Davies.

It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce the sad passing of Mike Davies, who died suddenly on the 15th October. Mike was a supporter of the club for many years, and when he was fit to do so enjoyed watching, being involved in the preparation of teas and refreshments and sharing his views on the days play.

We would like to thank all at the club who have shown friendship to him over the years, and as a family we wish you well for the 2024 season and beyond.

We will be showing the Champions League Final on Saturday at Polo Farm.

After a fun day of cricket come join us at Polo for what is sure to be a great game of football. The bar will be open throughout the day too, why not come and watch some cricket before the football in the evening.
