We had a brilliant time at the competition at Elite Bodyworks on the 24th July! Incredible achievements from all four of our lifters who competed 😁 we were so impressed with their amazing focus as well as their lifting, sooo soo proud and can't wait for the next one 😁 scroll through for our favourite lifts of the comp 😁😁

Guildford was Rhys' first out of house competition and he achieved his goal of 6/6 successful lifts 😁 he learnt some really useful lessons for next time and most importantly, he had fun! We are so proud of both Rhys and Mollie for keeping their focus and composure in some tough spots 💪

Last weekend Mollie competed for the first time! She did an amazing job with 5/6 lifts executed, and a lovely clean & jerk PB. We were so proud of how she handled the whole day, particularly a strong come back from a missed sn**ch attempt 💪 Really great competition hosted at , huge thanks to everyone there for such a fun and welcoming environment!

Abi had a great session on Monday, it was fantastic to see her gain so much confidence under the bar. Trying something new here with sn**ch recovery plus overhead squat and looking super strong 😁😁

Last week some of our lifters hit a PB week in their program. We saw some lovely lifts and big improvements, including Eva, pictured here, who added 6kgs to her total 😁 looking forward to seeing our team at more competitions this year!
