Our newest recruit certainly knows how to enjoy an outdoor yoga class. 🐈🧘‍♀️

While they're not quite ready to lead a session (too many spontaneous cat naps), they do remind us of what yoga is all about—slowing down, stretching out, and soaking up nature.

There's something special about practising outdoors: fresh air, birdsong, open skies, and space to breathe.
