We hope you’re enjoying the Bank Holiday Weekend! We’re closed for the Bank Holiday on Monday 31st but will be back at 9am on Tuesday 1st September to welcome you to The Gentle Gym. Our eagerly awaited tea and coffee morning is back on Friday 18th September and so is our raffle!

Great news! By popular demand - our tea and coffee morning is back!! Come and enjoy some delicious baked goods for a good cause! Meet our community and see what the friendliest and most inclusive gym can do for you! Our popular raffle will also be taking place. We always welcome donations and volunteers. Pop in and see us at The Gentle Gym or give us a call to find out more! Or pop in for a cuppa and a chat on Friday 18th September. We’re looking forward to meeting you x

The Gentle Gym would like to say a huge thank-you to all of you for making our Tea and Coffee Morning and raffle such a great success! This wonderful event raised £505 to support us! A special thanks to Carol and to Steve for organising, and a huge thank-you to everyone who contributed both to the raffle and collections and activities on the day. We still have a few unclaimed raffle prizes in Reception, so do take a look when you're in next and see if you're a winner. Although it's hot, the gym is air-conditioned so don't let the high temperatures stop you from visiting. Please remember to stay well-hydrated whether you're at the gym, out and about or relaxing at home. Stay well and have a lovely weekend! x

We also have a raffle with some great prizes on offer! All proceeds from the raffle and coffee morning go towards the maintenance and running costs to keep our fantastic gym open. The wind may be cold but the sun is shining and a warm welcome awaits you at The Gentle Gym! Our classes this week are Lower Body with Jack at 1.30 Monday and Upper Body with Jack at 10.30 on Wednesday. A free taster session is available for members - classes are £8 for non-members but members get 50% off at just £4 per class! Book your place at [email protected] or call 01227 479476. The Gentle Gym is cashless but we accept card payments. Our Tuesday and Thursday sessions tend to be a little quieter as we don't have classes those days so if you prefer a more chilled workout please pop in and see Mandana from 9-12.30 Tuesday or Thursday. We are also open of course on Friday morning 9-12.30 for members after which we have a session exclusively for Parkinson's UK.
