Being back to training after being ill is something a lot of us don't look forward to but I can assure those that don't, you are looking at things wrong. Use your first session back as a fun session like you have just started training again after years, do a couple of compound exercises, with a bit of up right bike or step master. You will feel on top of the World and get the addiction back of training. Big love, K
