Eat fat to lose fat?
"Don't be ridiculous, fat makes you fat, everyone knows that" they say. But could they be wrong?
And the other classic:
"Eat low-fat foods including lots of whole-grains and get your 5 a day".
We've been told this for decades by Government, media and health professionals, so it must be true right? And if it's true, then the vast majority of people must be lean and healthy as a result, right?
Have you looked around you recently? Do you admire how the majority of people are in such fantastic shape? Lean, energetic, glowing with health? No, me neither.
