I’m excited to welcome back to The Diary Of A CEO, Dr. Vonda Wright — a leading orthopaedic surgeon and age expert who is on a mission to make us see bones as sexy, as focussing on muscle alone is not the secret for anti-ageing we think it is.

Vonda has had an exciting career working with elite athletes and refers to our bones as the forgotten organ, highlighting the often-overlooked connection between bone health and menopause.

She wants to share her secrets working with athletes to everyday people to revolutionise the way we move, eat, train and live longer and healthier.

This was a really fun episode to film and I can’t wait to hear what practical advice you take away after watching. She even had me doing single leg squats to see if I could do it without falling over (you'll have to watch out if i did or not!) - unsurprisingly this is the first guest that has got me to do that 😂

I’ve been running almost every day this year and having Vonda explain the long term stress running can have on your body has shifted my mindset for how I think about avoiding injury.

Visited Paul Foston’s Golf Academy yesterday. Amazing coaching facilities in a beautiful setting. I was lucky enough to observe one of his lessons. Paul’s friendly disposition and relaxed coaching style saw him draw on all of his experience to break down sometimes difficult technical elements into simple steps. Very impressive. ⛳
