Iโ€™ve had the pleasure of Working with Charlotte for four months in one-to-one sessions and two months of online coaching and what a difference sheโ€™s made!!

Her consistency throughout the six months was exactly the type of commitment needed when wanting to make a change!

Charlottes goals when starting out were to lose some weight ( around 5kg ), tone up, mostly targeting her arms and stomach region, and to get a better understanding of fitness/how to use the equipment correctly.

I think we can all see she has gone above & Beyond and is looking absolutely amazing! ๐Ÿคฉ

FOOD IS YOUR FRIEND!

Itโ€™s all about finding the right balance!

I can inhale chocolate ๐Ÿซ

But I train hard and Iโ€™m consistent!

I prep my meals for the week and I always make sure to have a good mix of protein, carbs and fats in my diet.

Itโ€™s important to be able to recognise when youโ€™re falling off track, and it may be hard to get back into the swing of things. Think of food as your fuel and you use it to keep your body healthy and happy!

But you know what they say, the best way to get over a hangover is toโ€ฆ. sweat out all out in the gym ๐Ÿ˜‚ or maybe itโ€™s something to do with the hair of the dog!

CLIENT TRANSFORMATION POST!

Working with Leah over the last 7 weeks has been an absolute blessing, sheโ€™s being so consistent with all her workouts, food and general attitude towards learning. I couldnโ€™t be prouder of what sheโ€™s achieved in such a short time and Iโ€™m very sad to see her go. I wish her good health, luck and success in her new journey.

Starting weight: 232 POUNDS ( 105 KG )
Current weight: 212 POUNDS ( 96 KG )

A HUGE 20 POUNDS DROPPED! ๐Ÿฅณ
