“I can’t believe what I’ve achieved despite it being the most challenging and difficult year of my life.”

There isn’t much that makes Ann hesitate.

She has a very demanding job within the NHS, where she overlooks and manages a team of people.

She’s always run, along with the occasional swim and spin class, but she has never done much weight training because she didn’t know what to do.

Despite her best efforts, she wasn’t where she wanted to be.

During our first call, this is what she said to me:

“The weight gain is nothing extreme… but it is impacting my fitness, and with clothes not fitting well, it is affecting my confidence.”

She wasn’t in a terrible place but knew she could do much more.

She wanted to:

👉 Drop a couple of dress sizes, tone up and feel good in herself.

👉 Be happy with what she sees in the mirror and rock a swimsuit and all the other clothes she’s dreamt of wearing, rather than covering up under baggy clothes.

👉 Improve her strength and running performance, and feel more athletic.

But she had some fears and things to get over...

Mainly, if she could do this…

The worry of stepping into the unknown and not knowing how it would go.

Most people considering working with a coach have tried this on their own before.

It can also be a worry: “Even if I have help, can I do this?”

We always remember the previous attempts.

Ann was no different to you.

Despite trying to change it, she had slowly drifted backwards over the last couple of years.

She had no idea where to start when it came to toning up and was sticking to what she had always done.

She didn’t want to be sold any nonsense.

So when she reached out to me, she had some reservations…

And that is ok! I’m here to talk.

I could tell how ready she was to achieve her results!

The hunger was there!⁣

She just needed the right approach that complemented her lifestyle and enabled her to achieve her desired results.

Ann has not only smashed the goals she initially set but also pushed herself out of her comfort zone by recently doing a photoshoot…

🚨 Let me introduce you to some serious action takers 🚨

I want to recognise the incredible journey that these guys have embarked upon in the last few weeks.

These guys have bravely taken a step towards change.

It takes immense strength to ask for help.

After every conversation with the guys who have joined the Reignite Your Life programme, I am inspired and contemplate how to support them best moving forward.

Paul has been relatively sedentary over the last 10-15 years and has noticed that his health and fitness are not where he would like them to be. He contacted me because he wants to change his lifestyle and improve his body composition, sleep, energy, and confidence.

Tim’s life has changed significantly over the last 10 years, and despite the challenges, his determination to get back in shape is truly inspiring. He wants to lose around 40-50 lbs of body fat and gain muscle definition, aiming to be in the best shape of his life for his wedding in Spring 2026. Tim’s journey is not just about personal transformation; he also aims to be a beacon of hope for his family and the best possible role model for his children.

Will recently completed a triathlon and now wants to focus on building more muscle, improving his body composition, and improving his gym performance. He aims to increase his personal best on the big lifts and achieve a physique with which he will be happy and confident.

Sean has faced setbacks due to injuries over the years. He wants to improve his body composition by losing body fat, gaining muscle definition, and enhancing his strength and energy levels. This will boost his confidence and positively impact his life.

It’s important to all of these guys that our approach is enjoyable, sustainable, and aligned with their desired lifestyle. This is exactly how we do things inside the RYL programme.

I am genuinely grateful to these guys for trusting Reignite Your Life.

I derive great satisfaction from collaborating with guys driven by a hunger for success.

Reignite Your Life is the gift that keeps giving.

Here are just a few wins we have recently celebrated inside the programme:

Rhys hit a new low weigh-in as well as a PB on his bench press - the lightest yet strongest he’s ever been 💪

Rachel hit her lowest weight in about 15 years and has been able to fit into an outfit she bought 4 weeks ago. After seeing it, she loved it, and whilst they only had it in a size 8, she thought she would buy it anyway, hoping to fit into it one day. This week was the week she was able to fit into it 💃🏼

Kelly reflected on her body composition from when she started and how she is lighter now, compared to back then, yet her body composition has drastically changed - more muscle, tone and definition 🏆

Dave has recently hit a massive milestone with his weight loss, having lost 35 kg / 77 lbs / 5 st 7 lbs. He has also been sober for 15 months, following consuming alcohol every day for 10 years 👏

The results vary... but are equally impactful.

There are two types of people.

🚨 These are the guys that decided to transform their lives over the last few weeks 🚨

After each call with guys joining the RYL programme, I reflect on how I can help them achieve their goals in the upcoming months.

Prash wants to let go of the all-or-nothing mindset and achieve sustainable fat loss. Due to extreme approaches, past results have been short-lived. He wants to do things differently this time. He’s set his sights on getting into the shape of his life by next Summer 📈

Chris came to us with some good foundations in place with his training & nutrition, and whilst he’s noticed his performance reach new heights recently, he feels his body composition hasn’t. He wants to achieve an incredible body transformation whilst bettering his relationship with his food and achieving a new deadlift PB 💪

Nick wants to make a complete lifestyle change. Realising he isn’t happy with how he looks and feels and knows he can be better, he wants to drop body fat and have a body he is proud of. More importantly, he wants to improve his mental health, and physical health so he can have a better quality of life for both himself and his kids 🩵

Aidyn joined us recently to build muscle, lose fat and improve his confidence. He also wants to improve his strength and fitness to help him with his demanding role in the military 🚀

Rhys joined us after taking dieting to extremes in the past, which led to short-term results. He’s already off to an incredible start, exceeding all expectations and thriving across the board regarding how he’s looking, feeling and performing. The mindset shifts he’s had around his relationship with food have been game-changing for him 🧠

This one thing helped me get in and stay in shape.

It's difficult to lose body fat and build muscle, isn't it?

Navigating all of the misleading and conflicting information online.

Spending countless hours reading through articles, watching YouTube videos and listening to podcasts.

To only realise you’re no better off, and it’s more than likely left you feeling more confused and overwhelmed.

Questioning yourself, what do you need to do to achieve your dream body transformation for good rather than getting back on track after falling off plan again?

There is so much advice from people with their own agendas…

Which is generalised and not specific to you….

They don't get that your life is different.

You don’t have time to spend countless hours in the gym and prep meals every week.

You’ve tried different programmes, apps and fad diets but are still not where you want to be.

What's worse?

You've tried to do it by yourself.

You’ve tried to learn how to diet, workout and fit it all together.

It's tough.

But do you know what helped me the most at the start of 2018, when I was trying to get back on track after two months of binge eating that resulted in me putting on nearly 4 stone?

Telling the people closest to me and my social circle exactly what I was trying to do.

I explained to them how important it was to me.

Including and letting them know gave me a support network when things got tough…

Having people on my side made things a lot easier.

And it’s why we have the community inside the Reignite Your Life programme.

Having like-minded people who are all on the same journey.

Cheering and supporting one another is so powerful.

There’s nothing more frustrating…

Then, when you’re putting in the effort…

The hours spent in the gym…

The discipline of adhering to your diet…

The sacrifices that you make when socialising…

But you’re not seeing the progress or results that you want!

It makes you question what you’re doing and if you will ever get to where you want to be.

Let me tell you…

There WILL BE signs of success…

I promise you!

The trouble is when we are focused on seeing results and progress…

We tend to be pretty hard on ourselves.

So, we focus on any tiny perceived failure or glitch along the way.

We get so caught up in the things we think we are doing wrong…

That we miss all the stuff we are doing right.

I’ve seen it hundreds of times and been a victim of this mentality myself over the years.

For this reason, one of Reignite Your Life's founding beliefs is actively seeking signs of success.

Non-scale victories including…

The slightest improvement in strength, stamina and energy…

Clothes fitting better…

And the tiniest changes in mindset, to name a few.

We are here for them all, no matter how small the win is, and our incredible community uses these mini-wins daily to motivate and empower themselves.
