Great turnout for Wednesday’s kickboxing class and well done to the ones who finally got their well deserved grading belts and certificates, the rest will be given out over next few weeks

Going forward we are putting on an extra class on a Saturday morning starting at 9.30-10.30 am

Look forward to seeing you 🥊

Firstly, a BIG shoutout for these lot training last night in the intense heat

Secondly, it was definitely a night to remember (for all the wrong reasons) !!! watching the eclipse. We were in stitches, from students walking out the gym with no socks or trainers on (all I can say is OUCH)!!!! it looked painful on those loose bricks 🙈 to the wrong use of the colander 🤣 to us trying to re act the Jaffa cake advert 🙈🤣

What a night !!! 😊

6.15 - 7.15 pm

Remember during the summer holiday’s any age is welcome to this class
