✨Rider of the month✨
This months rider of the month nominees are:
Coach Kay - coach Niamh.
Another really progressive month of training for Niamh. Her ridden work is coming on beautifully and she continues to grow in strength, confidence and effectiveness.
This month we’ve also focused on mental resilience, recognising mindset blocks, tackling some old “gremlins” and learning how to work through them rather than let them take over.
I’m so proud of Niamh’s continued desire to learn, improve and be better. Most importantly, that progress is now really starting to reflect in her own coaching and in the confidence she gives her clients too.
Coach Abbie - Jane Price. Jane is just brilliant! Her mood lights up the whole barn and every training session is filled with smiles and laughter. Jane's commitment to her lessons, not just with myself, but all coaches has been amazing. She is always wanting to learn so that she can be the best she can, not just ridden but with her stable management sessions also. The horses wellbeing is always her priority, which is why she wants to get everything right so they are happy. Jane should be very proud of her achievements.
Coach Niamh - Leah Simons. She is always so willing to learn and take on new challenges, and I’ve seen such a massive improvement in her riding this month, especially in her canter and self-belief. It’s been so lovely to see her confidence grow and all her hard work paying off.
Coach Steph - Freya Colley
Freya has really come on this month in her riding. Her bravery to give anything a go has helped her take positive steps in new and more challenging exercises making them look effortless
Coach Nat - Summer Sharp.
She always turns up to the lessons ready to learn. She's very ambitious and keen to move on to the jump big fences but she understands that there are steps we need to take.
She rode Shy beautifully Sunday.
Coach Helen - Sienna Cyples. A quiet rider who doesn't draw attention to herself but consistenty rides to a good standard. I usually just suggest improvements which she takes on board. Proved to be an independent rider yesterday when I asked her to ride a pattern. I just stood at the side of the arena in silence enjoying watching her ride.
Coach Kim - Freya Spears
Freya has been making some great progress in her riding recently and has started to really understand how her riding affects her horse. She is starting to work independently in her warm ups and understands how to warm up her horse correctly for the ride ahead. She has chosen her goal for her riding and is doing a great job working towards it!
