💙 THE RESET | A FREE MEN’S EVENING 💙

Sometimes life gets heavy.

Sometimes your head’s full, you’ve had a crap week, or life just seems to be throwing everything at you at once.

And sometimes you just need a reset.

We’re really pleased to be joining forces with The Puzzle Room Cannock for The Reset, a completely FREE evening for men.

This special evening will be held in memory of Alex, with the blessing of his family. ❤️

There has already been an incredible amount of support and fundraising locally for Alex’s family, so we wanted to do something different.

This isn’t about raising money. It’s about bringing men together.

💬 And time to just sit, chat and be around other blokes

There’s no pressure to talk about your mental health. You don’t have to share your story. You don’t even have to be struggling.

Come along, have a laugh, switch off for a couple of hours, meet some new people and maybe have a conversation you wouldn’t normally have.

Whether you’ve had a difficult week, you’ve got a lot going on, or you simply fancy getting out of the house for the evening, you’re welcome.

No pressure.
No judgement.
No cost.
Just a chance to reset.

🔨 A LITTLE HEADS-UP… AND A LITTLE TEASE 👀

Now the school holidays are over, we’re going to be closed on Mondays during school term time.

The truth is… after a very busy summer, I’ve decided I probably should have at least one day a week where I’m not at The Puzzle Room😂

So Mondays are officially becoming my day to switch off, catch up on life and hopefully remember what the outside world looks like!

Next week is slightly different though…

We’ll also be CLOSED ON TUESDAY as we’ve got some building work happening behind the scenes. 👷‍♂️🛠️

And yes… it’s all part of getting ready for the next exciting thing coming to The Puzzle Room! 👀

So next week:

🎉 Wednesday onwards – OPEN AS NORMAL

As the summer holidays come to an end… THANK YOU! ❤️

What a summer it’s been!

We’ve welcomed so many families through our doors over the last few weeks, and seeing the place busy, hearing the laughs, watching people come out of Paint Splatter absolutely covered, and seeing teams celebrating after escaping a room is exactly why we do this.

But we also wanted to say something that we probably don’t say enough…

Every time you spend money with a small business like ours, it genuinely makes a difference.

The money you spend with us doesn’t disappear into some huge company — it comes straight back into the venue.

It helps us repair things, improve things, create new activities and keep investing in making The Puzzle Room better and better.

And we’ve got some exciting things happening! 👀

We’ve recently brought a new room designer on board who is VERY eager to get started, and two of our escape rooms are about to get the full makeover treatment…

We want our rooms to look better, feel more immersive and keep getting stronger every time we create a new version.

🎨 BANK HOLIDAY = PAINT SPLATTER TIME 🎨

If you’re looking for something a bit different to do this Bank Holiday weekend, come and get absolutely covered in paint 😆

Our Paint Splatter rooms have been one of the biggest hits of the summer, and it’s easy to see why…

Throw paint at the walls.
Throw paint at your friends.
Throw paint at your family.
Make a canvas.
Make a mess.
Have a laugh.

And the best bit? We clean it up afterwards 😂

Perfect for kids, families, friends, birthdays or just because you fancy doing something completely different.

❤️ What a lovely little Cannock story from today…

Earlier, one of our customers messaged to say they couldn’t make their Soft Play booking because of illness.

They knew it was too late to move or refund the booking, so instead they said:

“Please feel free to use my paid session to fund 2 children who come in this afternoon — you never know who may need an act of kindness 😊”

Well… we did exactly that. ❤️

The next family who came in, we explained what had happened and told them that their children’s Soft Play had already been paid for by a complete stranger.

Such a simple thing, but what a lovely thing to be able to tell someone!

We’ve also offered the original family a free return visit from us when everyone is feeling better — kindness deserves kindness in return.

What a great community we have here in Cannock. ❤️

There really are some wonderful people around us, and today was a nice little reminder of that.

A couple of creations from today’s T-Shirt Paint Splatter sessions and we absolutely love them! 🙌
This is what we love about the T-Shirt version — you don’t just come in, get completely covered in paint and have a laugh… you leave with something completely unique that you’ve made yourself.
Today we had some brilliant superhero-inspired designs, loads of splatter, and plenty of creativity! 💥🎨
Every T-shirt comes out completely different — there really are no rules. Splash it, throw it, paint it, get messy with it, make it yours!

❤️ WHAT A DAY! ❤️

Today has been one of those days where The Puzzle Room has been absolutely FULL of people, noise, paint, puzzles and smiles — and we’ve loved it!

We also had our monthly Home Ed Mixer today, and it was brilliant seeing many familiar faces back again, along with some new ones joining us too. 🧩🎨

A massive thank you to everyone who came through our doors today — whether you were here for Home Ed, an escape room, Paint Splatter, soft play, golf or just popped in to see us.

And a little sorry from me if I didn’t manage to come over and say hello or have a proper chat with everyone today! It was one of those days where I seemed to be everywhere at once 😂

Seeing the place this busy genuinely means a lot to us. Every booking, every visit, every recommendation and every person who keeps coming back helps keep our little entertainment centre in the heart of Cannock going. ❤️

Thank you for another fantastic day — we really do appreciate every single one of you!

And to our Home Ed families… we’ll see you again next month! 😊
