The Friendship Hut meet for exercise & friendship 3 mornings a week at The Scout Hut Old Fallow Road, Cannock, WS11 5QL. We open at 9am so people can arrive/get ready to start at 9:15. Afterwards we have tea/coffee & a chat. A suggested donation of £1 per visit.

Hi everyone ,
This is a message I never thought I would have to do 💔
As most of you will know by now Xhersize is closing for good on the 24th of November .

I have been suffering with my health for a while now so I have come to the point where enough is enough and had to make the difficult heart braking decision 😔
But also I have been luckily enough to be offered a job with the NHS doing what I love and I have accepted the position x

So I just want to say thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart for all your support and friendship over the last 6 years ❤ I'm so so sorry to let you all down as I know how much the gym means to you all as we are a family community and that's what has made it so difficult to bring it all to an end .

I have always said I have been so so lucky to have a had a gym full of wonderful people and I can't thank you all enough.
I wish you all my love and again I'm so sorry

Xhersize will be closed Monday 13th at 12pm & closed all day Tuesday 14th we will be back open Wednesday 15th as normal x

Do's and don't for back pain !
Many of you will want to rest but please be aware that too much rest will make your back pain worse.
Keep moving & keep stretching a gentle stretching daily can help your back pain , this can sometimes make you uncomfortable and some times feel like it's making it worse but please keep going because over time it will help .
