Hello and welcome to Asher Yoga , Asher the meaning of blessing and happy in Hebrew, which I feel is fitting for me as this is how I feel to have yoga in my life and to share with others,
I’m passionate about yoga and what positive benefits it as on body and mind, I encourage healthy natural eating and often share some favourite recipes and methods. my classes are challenging and will not just cha

nge your body but your mind also, I try to make them fun and with a flow so creating a semi meditated effect on your mind, I encourage you to focus on your breathing which allows you to surrender deeper into postures and fully connect with your practice body and mind. I’m also reiki trained which comes through on my practice helping to calm and still your mind. I hope you fall in love with yoga as much as I did

Two of our beautiful teachers who qualified back in March… look at you now. 🌿

Holding space, guiding others, finding your voices, and becoming such a special part of the Eden Cannock community.

Watching you step from student to teacher has been one of the greatest honours. Each of you brings something completely unique to the room, and that is exactly what yoga teaching should be about, authenticity over perfection.

One thing they’ll all tell you?
There was never a “perfect” time to start.
There was fear, doubt, nerves, busy schedules, uncertainty… and yet they still stepped forward. And because they did, growth happened. Transformation happened.

Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is fast approaching and spaces are already beginning to go.

Michael from Alchemy Sounds is back at Eden, bringing his incredible immersive sound bath experience once again to our Cannock Studio.
