NEXT FRIDAY 9th of february 6.00PM-6.40PM If you know anyone that is a student 18 or above that wants to do a FREE 3 week martial arts course get intouch i need 35 participants(the more the better!).
The course is given by a trained martial artist
The course involes 3 weeks of lessons with a rough schedule below more details given when participants join!
10 minutes work out
10-20minutes of martial arts practice
10 minutes of standing meditation (Qi gong)
Its all online so you dont even need to leave the house!
All you need to do is fill out 2 forms before and after the course (ALL INFO REMAINS ANONYMOUS)
Camera isnt required! (Its all done through microsoft teams you just need a stable internet connection)
Even if you dont meet the criteria to participate please share! As its for my final year project Thankyou!
Side note: you are allowed to withdraw from the study at anytime and no penalty is issued!
