It’s so hard to feel like you are starting from 🟩☝🏽

Im relying on my discipline not my motivation to get me to workout. 🏋🏽‍♀️
I have some weights at home so on the days I can’t leave the house I do something at home.
Hit my 10k steps a day!

I feel like I’m starting afresh
Back to basics!
I’m happy to do this. Slow and steady.
I’ve made a goal 🥅 it’s achievable and I’m happy with it.
I’m still fasting
I’m training in the day now rather than in the evening. “Big change for me”
Not heavy
Adding in light cardio
And mobility.
