Hi, my name is Oscar Haynes. I’m one of the flying Instructors at Davidstow Flying Club.
On Tuesday 11th of April, the club was obliterated by an arson attack which destroyed 9 aircraft worth a total of 300k.
Everyone at the flying club has worked so hard to be able to achieve their dream of flight and this has just been ripped away from them.
This June I will be attempting to complete the worlds first 1-day paramotor flight from Lands End to John o'Groats to help raise awareness and hopefully bring the club back to life!
