JUNIOR SECTION WEEKEND ROUNDUP
Another busy weekend for our junior section.
The micros were exhibiting great listening, concentration and passing and catching! Great to hear.
Our U18 girls had a strong performance In Moffat as it became a development match 5 mins into the second half with the score at 54-0, ended up 69-15.
Our U18 boys went down 31 - 45, the boys were amazing though as the backline were all playing out of their usual positions. 10 was playing 9, 13 was playing 10, 8 was playing 12, 15 was playing 13, 11 was playing 15
And if you could run, you were on the wing.
Forwards did their job too.
U16 girls won 78-0 in Mid Argyll.
U16 boys won 40-17 against Stewartry.
Our U13 boys lost in the last play away to Ayr. We were 21-5 down in the first 10 minutes and turned it around to be winning 36-28 with 5 minutes left. A couple of turnovers from us and Ayr went the length with the last play to win 42–36.
Our U12 and U14 girls were at laser tag having fun.
