We’re excited to finally share the new JR Coaching website.

Whether you’re already training with us or you’re a new client looking to get started, the website gives you the chance to find out more about JR Coaching, our sessions, coaches and what we’re all about.

📲 Our new online booking system will be launching soon. Once everything is ready to go, we’ll announce the official launch date and let both existing and new clients know how to book directly through the website.

For our existing clients, nothing changes for now — all sessions already booked remain in place and you can continue booking with us in the usual way until the online system officially launches.

If you’re interested in getting started before then, send the page a message and we’ll point you in the right direction on the website.

We’re still looking to get a clearer idea of numbers for our JR Coaching October Camps before everything is fully confirmed.

📅 Monday 12th – Friday 16th October
📍 Peter Brownlee Pitches, Cambuslang

⚽️ Junior Camp – Ages 5–8
⚽️ Development Camp – Ages 9–13

Spaces are starting to fill, so if your child is interested in attending, please drop the page a message with:

• Child’s age
• Junior or Development Camp
• Full week or individual days

💷 £30 per day
💷 £100 for the full week

Payment won’t be taken until the week of the camp.

We’re currently looking at numbers and interest for our October Football Camps, running from Monday 12th – Friday 16th October at:

📍 Peter Brownlee Pitches, Cambuslang, G72 7LW

We’re planning to run:

⚽️ Junior Camp – Ages 5–8
🕘 9:30am–12:00pm

⚽️ Development Camp – Ages 9–13
🕐 1:00pm–3:30pm

💷 £30 per day
💷 £135 for the full week

We’re looking to get a better idea of numbers before the full launch, so if your child would be interested in attending, please message the JR Coaching page with:

• Child’s age
• Junior or Development Camp

There are 24 spaces available in each camp per day, with a couple of spaces already spoken for.

A wee update from JR Coaching ⚽️🖤💛

With me heading back to college, I’m going to have to reduce my coaching availability for the time being. I’m trying to balance college, placement, family life and running JR Coaching, and as I’m currently the only coach, I need to make sure I’m not taking on more than I can realistically manage.

Coaching Hours:
Tuesday: 5–8pm
Thursday: 5–8pm
Friday: 3–8pm
Saturday: 10am–4pm

Existing clients will remain a priority, while new block bookings may need to be added to a waiting list until spaces become available if these times don’t suit my existing clients just give me a message

I really appreciate everyone’s continued support, patience and understanding. I want to make sure every player who comes to JR Coaching still gets the time, effort and quality of coaching they deserve.

⚽️ October Holiday Camps will also be running, with full details to be announced soon.

Hi everyone 👋🏻

I’m Jay, a local football coach and the owner of JR Coaching – One2One Football.

I’m currently looking for a unit, warehouse, yard or suitable indoor/outdoor space around Cambuslang, Rutherglen or the surrounding area to take JR Coaching to the next level.

Ideally, I’m looking for somewhere with enough space to install Astro turf and football goals, with a small indoor area/unit that could be used as a waiting/reception area and office.

It doesn’t need to be anything fancy or already set up — I’m happy to put the work into the place myself. I’m mainly looking for a reasonably priced space that could be transformed into a dedicated football coaching facility for local kids.

JR Coaching has grown massively since I started it, and my aim is to create a permanent, safe place where young players from the local community can come in, enjoy their football and develop their game all year round.

If anyone knows of an unused yard, industrial unit, warehouse, old workshop or similar space around Cambuslang/Rutherglen — even something that isn’t currently advertised — please give me a message on Facebook or my jr one 2 one page or tag anyone who might be able to help.

Even just sharing this would be massively appreciated. ⚽️🖤💛

A BIG THANK YOU 🖤💛⚽️

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone for the continued support and, most importantly, for putting your trust in JR Coaching. Every booking, recommendation, share and bit of support genuinely means so much to me. You’re all helping me build something I’m extremely passionate about and helping me achieve a dream of mine.

With me starting my HND, I need to make sure I give my studies the commitment they deserve while continuing to give every player at JR Coaching the best possible sessions. Because of this, I’ll be scaling back my coaching hours, and this will be the final week I’ll be taking on new bookings for the time being.

All existing customers are absolutely fine and will continue as normal. 👍🏻

If you’ve been thinking about getting your child involved with JR Coaching, please get in touch this week and I’ll do my best to get you booked in before bookings close.

The growth of JR Coaching in such a short space of time has been incredible, and I genuinely can’t thank everyone enough for being part of it.
