Great work last night from the OYM Bootcampers. Some really strong efforts on show and overall endurance performance from all. Next session is on Wednesday at 18:30 and we should be on the MUGA.

Great session last night everyone. It was a bit of a leg blast, with Squats, Lunges, Lunge walks, Farmers & Suitcase Carries, Up and Overs and my favourites Mountain Climbers.
