Welcome to the HLF coaching crew, Julian Roche 👌.
Julian is a full time pro road racer, based in France, racing against some of the best in the world.
Julian joins HLF as a coach and is looking to bolster his 1-1 coached riders for the 2023 season.

These heated gloves could not have come at a better time!
I'm not a massive fan of insta, nor am I a massive fan of advertising stuff I'm not a fan of. Anyone who reads this fanboi post, know its 200% genuine 👌.
I think I am the new number 1 fan of .
Took these bad boys out this week in -8 for 3hrs and I genuinely did not have the slightest bit of a cold hands, or fingers.
I normally get chilblains and my fingertips actually look dead - not with these 🔥🔥🔥🔥.
I think this was the first time in my life I've realised my toes were cold too. Normally I'm to distracted by cold fingers.
Oh and they're machine washable (LOVE THIS) london says no to me getting heated socks. BUT I think there is a gap in the market for heated custom insoles....!!!? Thoughts Champs!? 😂.

.94 was a broken man after completing the inaugural Tanfield Tour Of Yorkshire last week.
Fortunately not too broken to go and give an oversized cheque with the £££ we were able to donate from the event ♥️.
Next year we hope to see this number at least double.
