So many of you have been asking for another evening class, and it is officially happening!
​I am thrilled to announce the launch of Zumba Shak at Glisson Road Studios, starting Thursday, 2nd July!

​We are bringing a heavy dose of spicy Caribbean and Latin flavor, blending the high-energy rhythms of Reggaeton, Soca, Merengue, Salsa, Bachata, and Cumbia. You’ll be torching 500–1000 calories an hour, but it feels exactly like a party! 💃🏽⚡
​No matter your dance background, this is a completely judgment-free zone structured for all fitness levels.

​⏰ Time: Every Thursday from 20:00 - 21:00

​A massive well done to the lovely ladies who smashed today’s Zumba class! It was absolutely boiling out there, but you didn't let the heat stop you. You came in, worked incredibly hard, busted a serious sweat, and left looking and feeling absolutely amazing! ✨💪
​So proud of the effort today. Go get some ice water, put your feet up, and enjoy the rest of this gorgeous hot day! You’ve earned it! 🥵🍹🏋️‍♀️

So thankful for the opportunity to bring Zumba to Lighthouse Fellowship Church today. I had a blast dancing with everyone! Thanks for having me, and I can't wait for the next class. 🙌🎶

Wow! Huge shoutout to everyone who braved the heat for tonight’s Zumba Class! 💃✨ It was a hot, sweaty one, but you all brought the absolute best energy to the floor. Thank you for showing up, pushing through, and making it such a blast despite the temperature. Rest up and hydrate! 💦🙌 bring the same energy next week.
