Founded by Kirsty Sulston in 2015, Physical Being is the culmination of a lifetime spent working to understand the human form and its potential for performance in a wide variety of athletic settings and lifestyle environments. With a long professional background in dance and more recent professional development in personal training and competitive Jiu Jitsu, Kirsty is uniquely placed to understand
firsthand that the most aesthetic form is also the most biomechanically efficient and injury resistant and, therefore, the ideal foundation for reaching untapped levels of athleticism. Physical Being is the new, whole-being approach to lifestyle and fitness performance. With Physical Being Kirsty has developed a two-fold approach to uncovering and maximising her clients' potential:
1) By implementing a new, holistic framework for achieving physical and lifestyle balance, including a number of physical practices, fitness, personal training and coaching, nutrition programming and self-development;
2) By collaborating with the right companies and individuals in order to grow a network of like-minded professionals dedicated to mutual uplift and enhancing physical well-being. Physical Being has built strong connections with Sulston's Kitchen, a chef committed to bringing healthy, nutrient dense but delicious food to athletes; The Strength & Conditioning Institute, where Kirsty manages transformations and runs FitGirl classes; and ParkPlay, a local grass-roots outdoor fitness movement. Physical Being works with a range of clients from those entirely new to fitness including GP referrals all the way up to individuals or teams of competitive athletes. Geography is no boundary, as consultations and fully customised nutrition and training programmes can be provided online and via the telephone.
