Daoist Fighting Arts is Little Shelford, Cambridgeshire

We at DFA are starting a new health-orientated Tai Chi class at the

Little Shelford Pavilion, Wale Recreation Ground.
Starting November 28th, 2023, on Tuesdays at 9-10am.

The first lesson is free, after that its £10 per class.

Tai Chi is good for your health and well-being, balance, mobility, concentration and memory. It’s also a fun activity. Recommended by physiotherapists and doctors.

I'm happy to announce the opening of a new Daoist Fighting Arts Tai Chi class over at https://www.cofarm.co/ (see link for location).

It will be a donations based class, Sundays mornings 09.30-10.30, with all donations going to the CoFarm charity, which grows food to feed the homeless. You are cordially invited to join us.
