Exercise outdoors for free!

Have you ever wandered past the outdoor gym equipment in your local park and wondered who it is for and, more importantly, what you can do with it? Or, have you ever wanted to get that gym experience without paying gym prices? If that's you, then come along!

This lovely group of residents came to our sessions last year and now meet regularly at Coleridge Rec to work out, have fun and get stronger together!

Getting excited about Wimbledon….. 🍓
Come and join us, play tennis in the park for free!

Whether you’re picking up a racket for the first time or getting back into the game, everyone is welcome to come along, get active, and have fun!

We’re serving up coaching for Adults, Cardio Tennis and Family Tennis. All equipment provided, just pop on your sports kit and get along to the park 😃

Exercise outdoors for free!

If you missed out in May, there's another chance to join our free outdoor fitness taster sessions. Try out all of the equipment in the fitness area whilst getting advice and support by an expert trainer on how to use it safely, effectively and hopefully confidently and independently in the future.
