🦋💗 I have always seen my classes as an act of strengthening - of body, of will, of resolve.
Strengthening not just the physical, but the inner architecture that holds us upright when life presses hard.
Because life will press.
Its weight is real and it does not always let up.
But in classes, we learn to meet life differently.
We learn to respond with power, with clarity, with sweat.
We learn to translate struggle into fuel, into fire.
We learn to turn movement into something fierce and intentional.
We rise - not by escaping the heaviness, but by growing strong enough to move with/in it.
