hi all.
we have the inter counties fitasc on the 4th5th6th sept at sporting targets and need a few more people to make up teams to represent the county su if you would like to be included please let us know asap via the fb account so we can send your details to the east mid site for inclusion in the teams we can have 5 for 3 to count in the seniors 4 with 2 to count in vets ladies and juniors you do have to book in with the ground for times but I can put the names for the website and teams together for the east Midlands site thanks.

hi all.
due to the lack of entries so far for the East Midlands and county championships the Helice at rugby on Saturday 29th august has been postponed with a new date on the 26th September to be held with the West Midlands county as well all entries to be sent to Jennie king via [email protected] so try to book in early as possible so they can confirm numbers for the day.
