We train once a week under certified coaches, training incorporates a combination of fitness, drills and game play with the opportunity to participate in competitive matches. Training:

As a club we offer the chance to play in matches both of fun and competitive spirit. We have two teams in the winter Cambridgeshire and District Netball leagues (CDNL) http://www.cdnl.org/ & also enter the summer CDNL league. We have multiple friendlies throughout the season, and also one-day tournaments. Training is open to all (over aged 16) with a free 3-week trial.
