These photos show the progress I’VE made!

The before photos are from May 2022 - a whole year ago! It’s taken me a year to lose 17kg but the difference is amazing. I feel like a new man!

Despite already being quite a strong person, it annoyed me hearing comments from others almost mocking my appearance and size - especially given it’s expected that a PT is in great shape. It affected my self confidence and mental state, but I didn’t let it stop me!

Through hard work and dedication, I’ve finally lose the weight I need to be a more confident version of myself and get back to feeling good again. And if I can do it… so can you!
