Only three of the Adrenaline team made it along to yesterday morning’s High Performance Squad training session, but what a session it was.

They worked incredibly hard from start to finish, and that’s exactly why their Karate keeps improving. Progress doesn’t happen by accident — it comes from the hard work, effort, and commitment you put in every time you train.

We are delighted to announce that Shidoshi Gina has been selected to represent Great Britain as a member of the ISKA GB Team at this year's ISKA World Championships in Madrid, Spain.

To earn the opportunity to compete on the world stage is a tremendous achievement and recognition of the dedication, commitment and passion that Gina brings to her training and coaching every single week.

Not only is Gina an outstanding competitor, but she is also a valued leader, mentor and role model within the Adrenaline Martial Arts family. Her selection to Team GB is thoroughly deserved and is the result of years of hard work, perseverance and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Everyone at Adrenaline Martial Arts is incredibly proud to see one of our own wearing the Great Britain colours and representing both our academy and our country at one of the biggest events in the sport.
