Looking for something different this summer? Train outdoors, get moving and enjoy a coached session in a unique setting. Suitable for all fitness levels — everything can be adapted to your ability.

👊 ADULT TERM-TIME SESSION
📅 Fridays (6-week block starting 5th June)
⏰ 10:00–10:45am
✅ 45-minute coached session
✅ Outdoor training
✅ Progress through 6 challenge stations

A brand new 6-week fitness club for kids aged 8–15 years at the farm.

Designed to help kids:
✅ Build confidence
✅ Improve fitness
✅ Develop teamwork
✅ Get outdoors and active
✅ Burn energy away from screens

Sessions include:
🏃 Barn & field 
💪🏼 Fitness games
🔥 Team challenges
🛞 Functional training
🏁 Circuits & conditioning workouts

📅 Wednesdays 4:30–5:30pm

TRIAL SESSION:
Wednesday 3rd June — £10

6-WEEK BLOCK:
10th June – 15th July — £56

If your child joins the full block after the trial session, the £10 trial fee will be deducted.

10 Devils. First time taking on Nuclear Fit 💪🏼

Cold wind.6 x 1KM runs.6 brutal strength stations.

And the team absolutely ACED IT. 🔥

Out of 250 competitors, 6 Devils finished in the TOP 28 fastest times overall… and every one of them placed between 1st–5th in their age category. 💥
