I just wanted to make sure you all know that this page has closed down as we have moved to a bigger premises and rebranded into Amor Training.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

I have been Training Tony for over 3 years now. He came to see me after the passing of his Wife Anne, who had battled with Dementia for many years.

He saw first hand the work I did with Anne and how it helped slow down her decline in her later years. He came to me after the funeral and asked if he could train with me ‘to help stay young’ he said.

3 years on he’s still training, every Monday for half an hour. The things we do are incredible and he’s a pleasure to work with.
Not bad for 88 years old hey 😉

Today I brought Tony a present, just something little to reward him for his efforts.
A game he played many many years ago. A game he no longer believed you could get hold of.

The look on his face when he opened the box to see what it was, is something I will never forget.

Trainer/Client memory right there.

Yesterday I worked with Jen using the Rower as a Tool to try and get her to Power through her quads, whilst keeping her Core Muscles engaged throughout the movement to maintain Balance & Keep Control.

Safe to say she smashed it
