Let me tell you a bit about me:

My name is Cristiano Dias, also know by Cris. I'm a Fitness Instructor and also online Personal Trainer. I help people achieving their fitness goals, with their weight loss journey or even with body transformation.

I'm based in Cambridge but I work globally delivering indoors and outdoors fitness classes. Right now I'm in Kalamota Island, Croatia working with so if you want to join me in a Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Functional Training, Aqua Fit, and many other classes you know where to find me.
