August the 1st is the years Hero throwdown.

This is a totally unique endurance event! Its got just one huge workout which includes:
Paddle boarding, Running and some tough workouts in between. The weights and movements will be uncomplex but hight reps so will suit most athletes.

To make it more accessible there will be no qualifiers.

Every athlete will receive their own ATP athlete T-shirt for the event.
Its £20 entry and this includes your T-shirt so its an amazing price!

We have just 36 slots available:
12 individuals & 12 Pairs.
The 1 workout will be really inclusive and suit most athletes and it will take between 40-80 minutes to complete.
The Individuals and the pairs will both complete the same long workout so if you want to enjoy it or your new to competing then do it as a pair. If you want a very tough challenge then you can do it as an individual.
Even shared as a pair the WOD will be a great challenge.

Warm up 1300 to 1315

Comp starts 1330

Bbq is straight after the comp finishes.

Please bring a change of clothes and a towel as you will be getting wet 😂

Well done to all the athletes who competed in the Qualifiers for this years Hero throwdown. The top 3 athletes were in 1st Will Stacey from Crossfit Stags & Does, 2nd Nick stone from CrossFit 888 And in third Brett Gipp from CrossFit RTV. Our final will be held on Saturday the 8th of September at 2pm. All athletes competing in the qualifiers are invited to the final. But you must confirm your place with us so we can organise an awesome event.

The Final workout of our 2018 qualifiers is here. Again this should suit a different athlete again but that hasn't stopped the impressive Nikki Barnard from winning WOD 1 & coming 2nd in WOD 2. If you've got the guns for this one there is no excuse to slow down there just 2400m of road in the way, its going to be a fantastic test.
