It’s time to hang up my Buggyfit cap after nearly 15years of running classes in Cambridge. I’ve loved every class, appreciated every cuddle with a baby & respect each of you mums so much. Thank you for sharing your maternity leave and precious baby experience with me. It’s been inspiring to see many of you move onto greater fitness post pregnancy. I know I will still see some of you in my kettlebell classes (and some of your children are now in Secondary school!). I am still running my Romsey Rec kettlebell classes for ladies, personal training and also our Healthy Happy Hormones, powering through your menopause online course, for those who wish to work with me. Huge thanks to you all!! 😘

First off, don’t feel bad if your friends and family are unsupportive of your goals. Just because others do not support you doesn’t mean that your goals are not worthwhile.

I often have clients who tell me that they're frustrated with friends and family who are not supportive of their goals.

What kind of benefits are you looking at when you start your day with a protein-packed meal? For starters, protein is filling. As your body breaks down protein into amino acids, one of these amino acids (phenylalanine) triggers an increase in levels of the gut hormone peptide YY. This hormone then sends a signal to the brain that you've eaten your fill, enhancing satiety as well as promoting weight loss.

Read on to discover over a month's worth of high-protein breakfast recipes that deliver exactly what your body needs to stay satiated.
