Are you a new mum looking for a supportive fitness class you can bring your baby to? Is your baby at school now, but you’d love a friendly class designed for women? Are you child-free but looking for a welcoming class for all abilities? Come and try BuggyBootcamp!

We cover mobility, cardio, weights and core work, finishing with some welcome stretches and breath work.
